Human Core services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) (ACN 646 835 476 )   is committed to protecting your privacy when you interact with us.

The main circumstances in which the Human Core Services collects personal information about you are:

  • customer referral.

Human Core Services collects various types of personal information through various methods which include the service registration process, when we provide the service to you or electronically (our servers which may be hosted by a third party service provider may collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit).

 

We may also receive personal information from someone else such as a parent, carer or friend. The information provided about you will help Human Core services provide you with services. All information provided to Human Core Services will be protected as set out in this Privacy Policy.

  • lawyers, auditors, banks and other advisors appointed by us or acting on Human Core Service's behalf; and

  • marketing and promotions service providers; and

  • analytics service providers.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal information is securely stored and protected. Human Core Services have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

You may request to access the personal information we hold about you.  We will endeavour to respond to any such request within a reasonable period of time and, where reasonable and practicable, give access to the information in the manner you request.  This will be subject to any exemptions allowed under the Privacy Act. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigation of your complaint, you can make a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner at the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC can be contacted on 1300 363 992 or at www.oaic.gov.au.

Human Core Services may vary this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of these changes by publishing them on our website (www.humancore.com.au).

When you visit the Site the server may attach a "cookie" to your computer's memory.  A “cookie” assists us to store information on how visitors to the website use it and the pages that may be of most interest.  This information may be used by Human Core Services to provide users of your computer with information that we think may interest the users of your computer. Cookies also allow us to provide you with more personalised service.  We use cookies to:

  • store user preferences, identify the pages you have accessed, your IP address and the date, time, login location and duration of your visit;
