Plan Management

Human Core Services is a registered NDIS provider of Plan Management across Australia. Our aim is to assist you in achieving your short/medium/long- term goals in your plan. We will help you on this journey by:

  • providing an easy way to pay your invoices and keep track of your budgets and spending;

  • negotiate pricing to pay less than the NDIS price guide;

  • provide you with regular updates;

  • view your plan on the myplace portal to keep track of your budget;

  • take care of financial reporting; and

  • freeing up your time.

All our services are provided an no cost to you. If you choose a plan manager such as us, you can use both registered and non-registered NDIS providers of your choice.

 

Below is the process we will follow, from the time we receive an invoice from your provider to the time it is paid.
